We welcome parents to join us for this class to learn new ways of soothing your baby and promoting healthy development. Connect with baby through gentle massage and stretching, nursery rhymes and lullabies. These techniques can help calm baby during the discomfort of colic, teething pain, gas and restlessness.
Please bring a blanket, exercise mat or large towel and grapeseed or sunflower oil (test oil on baby's ankle or wrist 24 hours before coming to class to ensure there are no skin sensitivities). Please wait at least one week after baby's most recent immunization to join this class.

Medical clearance from a healthcare professional is required. Click here to download the form.
