Take this opportunity to learn the basics of yoga with other newcomers. Gain a solid foundation and learn the basic poses, as well as modifications to suit your fitness level. The importance of breathing, body alignment and the basic philosophy of yoga also will be addressed. Please bring a yoga mat or a towel.
