Falls are the leading cause of fatal and non-fatal injuries for older Americans. Each year, one in three people over the age of 60 experience a fall. Many of these accidents can be prevented with the right exercise and some simple changes in habits and environment. Join Linda Lucuski, MPT, Director of University Medical Center of Princeton’s Outpatient Rehabilitation Network in Hamilton, to learn about balance, your risk for falls, and the role of physical therapy and exercise in overall wellness.
