Learn to prepare the right kind of drinks and snacks to perform well in sports. A dietitian with Princeton Medical Center will share tips to make flavorful fruit-infused water to keep kids hydrated and nutrient-packed snacks so kids compete at their best! Parents must accompany their children. For kids in pre-K through 3rd grade.
