The guidelines for high blood pressure were recently lowered
to 130/80, meaning more than 100 million Americans are now classified as having
hypertension, a serious condition that if left untreated can lead to stroke or
heart attack. Join Donna Nelson-Henry, FNP-BC, board certified Nurse
Practitioner with Princeton Medical Center, for a discussion on
the new guidelines and what they might mean for you, and learn what measures
you can take to lower and control your blood pressure.
Please provide the names of all attendees.
