The guidelines for high blood pressure were recently lowered to 130/80, meaning more than 100 million Americans are now classified as having hypertension, a serious condition that if left untreated can lead to stroke or heart attack. Join Donna Nelson-Henry, FNP-BC, board certified Nurse Practitioner with Princeton Medical Center, for a discussion on the new guidelines and what they might mean for you, and learn what measures you can take to lower and control your blood pressure.
