Strengthen and restore your posture, core and pelvic floor with this new 6-week class designed for new moms. Participants should be at least six weeks postpartum and have their doctors’ medical clearance to exercise. (Click here for a clearance form.) Sessions will include education along with low-impact cardio workouts, core and pelvic floor exercises, yoga and breathing. Please wear comfortable exercise clothing. Babies welcome.

Note: Class dates are on Tuesdays and Thursdays, except August 17 which is a Friday and August 22 which is a Wednesday.
