Princeton Health is pleased to present radKIDS®, a national program designed to provide children with hope, options and practical skills to recognize, avoid, and, if necessary, escape violence and abuse. radKIDS® is a five-session, activity-based program that includes lectures, safety drills, muscle memory exercises and physical defense techniques.

Topics include:

  • Home, school and vehicle safety
  • Out-and-about safety
  • Realistic defense against abduction
  • Good/bad/uncomfortable touch
  • Stranger tricks
  • Self-realization of personal power

Dress in sneakers and comfortable clothing that would be suitable for exercising.

Completed consent forms must be submitted for each child prior to the class. Click here to download the forms.
