Swimming can provide a great whole-body, low-impact workout, helping to reduce blood pressure, strengthen your heart and improve overall health. It is also a great alternative exercise for injured athletes, arthritis sufferers and the elderly. Attend this informative session, led by Linda Lucuski, MPT, Cert. MDT, Rehabilitation Director and Certified Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist at the Princeton Medical Center Princeton Rehabilitation, and learn about aquatic therapy and how to incorporate into your physical therapy regime.
