Mindfulness for Teens

Teens will learn how to apply mindfulness practices in their everyday
life including techniques to increase their focus and attention,
decrease the effects of stress, and better regulate their emotions. Shikha Shah, MSW, LSW, Licensed Social Worker and Primary Therapist at Princeton House Behavioral Health, will guide teens through this introductory mindfulness class.
