The clinical manager for the Princeton House Behavioral Health Women's Program, Sarah Carstens, LCSW, LCADC, provides an overview of post-partum depression, its symptoms, who's at risk and how to know when it's time to seek help to cope with how you're feeling. She explains the difference between the "baby blues" that many women feel after giving birth and more severe, long-lasting emotional changes known as post-partum depression.
