Expectant mothers will learn how to use gentle postures, stretching, breathing, toning, relaxation and meditation to help them keep fit and feel good during pregnancy. . Please bring a yoga mat or large towel, two pillows or cushions, a yoga tie or a regular tie for stretching. This class is taught by a certified prenatal yoga instructor.
