The Family & Friends CPR
program teaches you how to perform CPR on infants, and how to
help an infant who is choking. An infant is defined as a child 1 year of age or younger. This course is designed for
family members, friends and members of the general community who want to
learn CPR but do not need a course completion card.
Due to course curriculum, participants who arrive more than 15 minutes
late to class will not be permitted to attend and must reschedule.
The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and
proficiency in BLS, ACLS and PALS and has developed instructional
materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational
course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart
Association. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of
fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the
Registration required but not accepted online for this event.
