Join Grammy Award-winning musician and New York Times bestselling author Tim McGraw with TODAY ShowTIm McGraw Book Not Approved co-host Hoda Kotb to discuss his new one-of-a kind lifestyle book Grit & Grace: Train the Mind, Train the Body, Own Your Life and get a behind the scenes look at how the superstar has managed to stay fit, mentally and physically.  

McGraw is well-known for his unparalleled accomplishments as a performer and actor, and boundless energy. But only a decade ago, he found himself at a crossroads with his health. The demands of his busy career and life on the road had taken a toll and he knew that unless he made his physical health a priority, he would put his personal happiness and professional success at risk.  

During this moderated talk with Hoda, Tim will share his transformation story along with encouragement, inspiration, and real-life, practical advice to help you become healthy, strong, and fit in mind and body. Today McGraw is living proof that a physical transformation can ignite a whole-life transformation, and he wants to share with everyone the tools that have helped him build a better life through fitness.

Early registration is $50 per person. Beginning October 24 the cost will be $60 per person.
Cost includes a copy of McGraw’s book, light desserts, coffee and tea.
