Virtually via Blue Jeans
This class will now be presented virtually via Blue Jeans platform.  Viewing instructions will be provided to registered participants. You will need a webcam to participate and CHROME internet browser is preferred.

Please join us to learn exercise and lifestyle management strategies to help improve pelvic pain with this new 6 week class designed for women experiencing pain in and around the pelvic girdle. Sessions will include education along with:
• Stretching and gentle movement exercise
• Yoga and posture
• Breathing technique
• Mindfulness strategies
Please wear comfortable exercise clothing and bring water to hydrate. Exercises are taught by a Princeton Rehabilitation physical therapist who specializes in pelvic health. Participants must have their doctor’s clearance to exercise.
