Join us for an informative discussion on outpatient joint replacement surgery. Brian M Culp, MD, a board certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in knee and hip replacement will review modern advances being employed here at Penn Medicine, Princeton Health that allow patients to go home on the same day as their knee or hip replacement. This includes early mobility protocols, improved anesthesia and pain techniques, blood loss prevention during surgery, and proactive education that will allow patients to sleep in their own bed after their knee or hip replacement. Dr. Culp is a member of the Medical Staff of Penn Medicine Princeton Health.
