Virtual Class
This class will be presented virtually. Viewing instructions will be provided to registered participants. You will need a webcam to participate and CHROME internet browser is preferred.

Strengthen and restore your posture, core and pelvic floor with this 6-week class designed for new moms.

  • Low-impact cardio workouts
  • Low-pressure fitness exercises
  • Yoga and breathing             
  • Targeted core and pelvic floor exercises   
Participants should be at least six weeks postpartum and have their doctors' medical clearance to exercise. (Click here for a clearance form.) Sessions will include education along with low-impact cardio workouts, core and pelvic floor exercises, yoga and breathing. Please wear comfortable exercise clothing. Babies welcome.
