Please join us to learn exercise and lifestyle management strategies to help improve pelvic pain with this 6 week virtual class
designed for women experiencing pain in and around the pelvic girdle. Sessions will include education along with:
• Stretching and gentle movement exercise
• Yoga and posture
• Breathing technique
• Mindfulness strategies
Please wear comfortable exercise clothing and bring water to hydrate. Exercises are taught by a Princeton Rehabilitation
physical therapist who specializes in pelvic health. Participants must have their doctor’s clearance to exercise.
