Class Time: 8:30 - 9:25 AM.
Drop-in sessions. Registration required for each date you would like to attend.
THE DAY BEFORE CLASS: registration will close AND the instructor will email participants a class invitation.
This gentle form of yoga incorporates standard yoga poses while sitting
or standing next to a chair. This class is an adaptation of a standard
yoga class and will improve flexibility, concentration, and strength
while reducing stress and joint
strain. This class will be taught by a certified yoga instructor.
Additional dates will be added and open for registration around mid-October. Thank you for your patience as we transition to a new registration system.
