Drop-in sessions. Registration required for each date you would like to attend.
THE DAY BEFORE CLASS: registration will close AND the instructor will email participants a class invitation.
Expectant mothers will learn how to use gentle postures, stretching, breathing, toning, relaxation and meditation to help them keep fit and feel good during pregnancy. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat or large towel, two pillows or cushions, a yoga tie or a regular tie for stretching. This class is taught by a certified yoga instructor.
