THE DAY BEFORE CLASS: registration will close AND the instructor will email participants a class invitation.
This slow paced class includes breathwork, stretching, and seated
postures which will help to improve flexibility and reduce stress. A
gentle flow, balancing, and a cool down are also incorporated into the
class. This is ideal for those new
to yoga and those who desire a relaxed practice of yoga. This class is presented by a certified yoga instructor.
The virtual yoga schedule will continue at least through the end of the 2020 year. We will be opening up more class dates for registration. Please check back soon. Thank you for your patience as we transition to a new registration system.
