Virtual - Chair Yoga
Class Time: 8:30 - 9:25 AM.
Drop-in sessions. Registration required for each date you would like to attend.
THE DAY BEFORE CLASS: registration will close AND the instructor will email participants a class invitation.
This gentle form of yoga incorporates standard yoga poses while sitting
or standing next to a chair. This class is an adaptation of a standard
yoga class and will improve flexibility, concentration, and strength
while reducing stress and joint
strain. This class will be taught by a certified yoga instructor.
The virtual yoga schedule will continue at least through the end
of the 2020 year. We will be opening up more class dates for
registration. Please check back soon. Thank you for your patience as we
transition to a new registration system.
