This registration is for Gentle Yoga on all Wednesdays in March

THE DAY BEFORE THE FIRST CLASS: registration will close AND the instructor will email participants a class invitation.
This slow paced class includes breath work, stretching, standing and seated
postures which will help improve flexibility and reduce stress. A
gentle flow, balancing, and a cool down are also incorporated into the
class. This is ideal for those new
to yoga and those who desire a relaxed practice of yoga. This class is presented by a certified yoga instructor.
